With the knowledge-driven economy coming, New Wide Group trains our staff with practical management ideas, and promotes a culture of“sharing and honesty values”. We not only treasure each colleague as our unique and most precious assets, but also provide a complete training system to keep updated knowledge regarding our industry. We put our emphasis on R&D capability and training programs to help our colleagues have the best competitive advantages and ability to lead the industry. 
Our internal training system

- Brain Power, an internal seminar hold every five years where everybody suggests research topics important to New Wide. The chairman will select the most important ones to be presented.
Complete orientation
From the first day, every new comer becomes part of our intangible assets. HR personnel will accompany new comers along the registration process. HR department will also select the most experienced employees to be the new comer’s mentors, who will not only let the new comers receive adequate assistance, but also get familiar with New Wide’s culture.
In addition, we have a rotation program where senior employees at different departments teach new comers different areas of expertise within the company, including introduction to the textile industry, future development, our sharing culture, fabric samples management and testing, fabric and garment IT system, etc.
We also hold a welcome gathering to let new comers make friends and share experiences with each other, so that they could be familiar with our culture and the joy of work in our company.
Rich and diverse training program
New Wide Group’s culture value is sharing and honesty. We pay attention to our talents’ cultivation and experience inheriting. Our unique training program includes five minute of practice English, monthly EMBA Book Club, lectures on various topics every other Saturday, etc. Every Monday conference, all colleagues could absorb information regarding R&D news, reports of business trips as well as from expatriate managers, and fashion trends. All training programs would enhance our colleagues’ core competitive ability and improve our working efficiency.
Experience-sharing seminar
Brain Power is the internal seminar of New Wide Group. Every colleague provides different research topics. The topics are very diverse including different professional areas such as management, art, social issue, etc. Through the seminar, well-articulated colleagues are selected to study and present the results to the whole group. In doing so, New Wide Group not only sets a sharing paradigm, but also creates the value of bottom-up communication lines, which helps to create a healthy and strong organization.
